Terrible service!!

Hi,

My name is Kea and I am tenant at Greenlee unit 408.

I'm currently experiencing a very excruciating service and I am not happy about it at all!!!!

For the last couple of days I have been experiencing electricity issues. Last week there was an outage in Linbro Park for about 2 days however electricity came back but not for my unit so naturally I thought maybe some blocks were affected cause others were affected previously when my electricity came back.

However, that's beside the point. When I moved to Greenlee no one advised me on how the electricity process works and my rental agent was Luticia but throughout the whole process Ryan was helping me.

No one told me there's an App I need to download in order to buy electricity etc. I'm am typing this EMAIL SITTING IN MY CAR cause I don't have electricity.

As you can see with the 1st attachment that's how much my electricity bill sits at (in as much as the specs of the apartment said "prepaid" my understanding of this is you load once the units deplete but this is let the case and this wasn't explained to me.

2nd screenshot - I have paid almost R700 so far and I still don't have electricity.

3rd and 4th screenshots - I have not showered here today and the usage of the water went up to 1k. I stay alone, I haven't bathed here for 3/4 days because of the electricity issue so how is this 1k??

I checked your tabs etc, nothing is leaking, you can come check the units yourselves.

5th screenshot - Right now I am trying to purchase electrify yet again and I get the attached error!!

My work laptop is dead, I'm sitting in my car so that my phone in router charges so that I can atleast respond to some of my work emails.

What aggravates me is I'm experiencing all is these issues as I learn about them.

I need this issue sorted immediately!

Alternatively I WILL escalate this!

It's ridiculous. I know have to leave at 5am to go shower at work for the 5th time this month all because this whole electricity issue.
