Terrible Service

I have had nothing but terrible service from this rental agency. I have logged multiple claims with regards to the mold in the property. I had eventually given up with that. About 3 months ago I logged a maintenance request for a leak in the kitchen, which is affecting the wall in the bedroom behind the kitchen. Which to date has not been resolved and I am expected to pay the water bill even though the leak affects that. They have moved me from one maintenance person to the next however no one seems to be resolving the issue. In July this year, we had also had a break in and i had notified the agency that a gate needs to be installed at the back where the siding door is. Yet no communication on that has been received.
