Terrible experience and would not recommend renting through them.

My roommate and I had the worst experience with iGrow. We rented in Menlo Park. Don’t rent through this organization. They will try anything to keep your deposit and best believe they will take every route to put a sour taste in your mouth.

I never signed a move out inspection form as the agent was an hour late and I had to leave as I work in corporate and cannot do a 2 hour inspection with an individual that cannot manage their time.

We will never rent through them again and definitely not recommend their developments to anyone.

Maintenance takes years to complete and it does not get done properly. We had water damage that came back after the next rainfall. This was not fixed and deducted from our deposit.

Their admin side does a terrible job and they don’t answer emailed question directly. I am shocked by their service.
