Terrible company values

The worst rental service I have ever experienced. The closing inspection document states that a small wall needs to be cleaned. Now they are holding the deposit ransom insisting that the wall needs to be painted. (which is going against what they stated in their own document) On top of this they quote their own team to do these repairs and the amount they quote is nowhere near fair. R950 for a 5L paint and R700 for half an hour's labour. When trying to have a rational conversation about this they insist on providing vague answers that don't really answer any of your questions. To top all of this off they refuse to provide any other quote than their own and they also refuse to provide any form of closing statement. (Even with the ludicrous amount for the repairs) Who knows what other expenses they will sneak into the final statement. This whole process feels dishonest and there is no transparency. The only person I can deal with is the maintenance administrator who is quite frankly either not capable or interested enough in her job to have this discussion. Can someone please provide me with the details of someone who actually cares about IGrow and the values they stand for who is willing to have a sensible discussion so we can resolve this matter in a civilized manner?
