Taavi's Place - All that glitters is not gold!

From the outside you would think that Taavi's Place is a luxurious place to stay in untill you actually move in and see that not all that glitters is not gold. The development of the units looks good until you live there, then you start to realise that they really chose the cheapest building materials available. The buildings have structural damage whereby the upstairs balcony's flood when it rains, the wall literally crack and not to mention the mould build up inside the cupboards which damages your shoes, clothing and health, which they tell you to just wipe off instead of addressing the root issue of waterproofing the buildings. When moving out they provide you with a checklist which will be used for your exit inspection...which isn't even used. You will end up losing your deposit for the structural damages of the unit, when clearly some QA steps were missed when building the place. They should be upfront and say that the deposit you pay is actually not refundable, they use it to cover up structural damages every time a new tenant moves in and then goes through the very same problems within a few months. You will hire people to help you clean the place before the exit inspection then when you have to get your deposit back, they tell you they need to clean the place for a crazy amount of money - it has been a sad experience and I wouldn't recommend renting these units, it's really not worth it. I won't even go into the lack of security of the complex.
