I would advise people not to rent with iGrow especially at Sydney park Complex Boksburg, They don't maintain the place, rent goes up every after 6months, the caretaker is the just to collect his pay check, renting agents are changed every week, the place is dity yet we paying from R6500 to R7000 on rent they wont even change the lights outside, its just hell ,they don't fix but rent is being increased every 6months
