Stove Not Working

I am a tenant at Greencreek Lifestyle Estate and my agent is Igrow. I havent had my kitchen stove work for over three weeks now. I logged a call first with Balwin and they weren't able to assist. First they **** and said the stove isn't under warranty. Igrow then checked and said that the stove is under warranty. I, together with Igrow then logged a call with Defy( Technician only reached out after a week),upon arrival he says some wires were disconnected. I know nothing about wires now I'm STUCK!!!! With no stove working. I have been buying takeaways every SINGLE day. Honestly I dont even know where to reach out anymore. I'm being sent from pillar to post
