Stay away
Awfully company. They are only interested in keeping their shareholders and the owners of the properties happy. They don’t give a toss about the tenants, even though the law is supposed to protects us. I had a leak in and it took them 2 MONTHS in the middle of WINTER to fix it. They left it until I saw black mould, which is sufficient to declare a place not fit for occupation. Only then did they jump to get it fixed. DO NOT trusts these ********s.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience. The leak you refer to was unfortunately related to a defect that fell under the responsibility of the property developer to investigate and repair. While we continuously followed up and escalated the matter on your behalf, the repair process took significantly longer than anticipated, which we acknowledge would have been frustrating.
Once the developer attended to the matter, the necessary repairs were completed. We understand that the delay and inconvenience caused by the leak had a negative impact on your tenancy, and for that we sincerely apologise.
At IGrow Rentals, we strive to balance the interests of all stakeholders while ensuring that maintenance concerns are addressed as quickly as possible. Although certain repairs require action from third-party contractors or developers, we remain committed to assisting tenants throughout the process and driving resolution wherever possible.
We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best in your new home.
