I gave these guys 3 months notice, I cleaned the unit and was there for exit inspection and a day later was sent an invoice for further repairs, now am asking when I am getting my deposit back they telling me I am liable for the rent as long as the unit is still empty like *** is that and how can I be liable for a vacant unit that I moved out of, I demand a phone call otherwise am going to my lawyers and sue you for theft, I want my deposit back and I want is as soon as that 14 days is up this BS that I am liable for rent in a vacant place to totally absurd. Call me or you will pay me way more than my deposit after I sue you this is a promise.
