RUN AWAY FROM PURCHASING PROPERTY FROM IGROW WRALTH INVESTMENT. THEY WILL PUT A NIGERIAN MAN AND WONT BOTHER IF HE PAYS OR NOT.

I purchased a unit with IGRow Wealth Investment for rental. It it managed by them, I don't have direct contact with the tenant. The tenant does not pay since 2021 up until today. I pay an amount of R8500 at fnb for a Nigerian man that Igrow procured and placed for me in my unit. They say they cannot help me make him pay, they cannot help me get him out. I am stuck with Igrow Wealth Investment and a Nigerian man.
