My friend is going through the worst dealing with iGrow. They won’t pay back her deposit. Machaela and Bianca have been ignoring her for a long time. And when they did respond (only after receiving negative reviews) they still didn’t have a resolution.

We have found that most of the reviews are related to your friend and the repayment of her deposit.

As previously mentioned, the company does not hold her deposit, as she initially rented through IHS, to whom the deposit was originally paid.

Please note that the company has been in direct contact with your friend to resolve the matter and has provided her with the necessary information regarding the process and responsible party.
