RETAINING OF RENTAL DEPOSIT FOR LONG

Hi, I have been renting out an apartment at Noah's Village. I moved from one unit to the other on the 31st July 2023. I have received emails for quotations on 'tenants' portion to fix the previous apartment. The ticket for maintenance didn't take into consideration the comparison of the Entry and Exit inspection done, what is contained in their Disclaimers and Terms with regards to "fair wear and tearing". To this day, despite disputing certain maintenance work, I haven't received my deposit. Only email of reduced maintenance by removing one item at a time.
