requesting for my 15k refund

poor service and lack of communication, i felt disrespected by the bond specialist named sharon vermeulen, i requested for my 15k that i paid as deposit to reserve property, i was advised that, the money will refunded to me if bond was unsuccessful, of which it was unsuccessful now they are telling me that my money is by the attorneys not IGrow agent i must wait for the attorney to give instruction, remember i got the instruction from igrow the agent to pay the money but now that i want it back they dnt want to be held accountable the only response i’m getting is rude emails from sharon saying i paid the money by the attorneys i’m. not getting any satisfactory answer as to what is the process for refund, they were so kind by the time i paid my money now they are even ignoring my emails. all i all is my 15k back
