Rental Deposit still not paid, over a month since lease ended.
If there was an option for half a star. I haven’t received my rental deposit back after lease ended over a month ago and by law, this was supposed to be concluded within 14 days!!! They don’t answer calls, they don’t respond to emails. I even went to the Small Claims Court to get my money back. I presented a letter of demand and still not a word from them.

As previously communicated by Machaela, the account was initially managed by a different company. At present, we do not hold the deposit, as we are still awaiting the transfer of funds from the previous managing party.

10 Nov 2025, 16:53You assumed responsibility for my unit in JULY! I received formal communication regarding that. Machaela said this process may take up to 3 months, it is now NOVEMBER! Which is more than 3 months. Besides that, I paid rent to iGrow for THREE MONTHS!!!! iGrow is responsible for refunding my deposit NOT the other company.
And by law that should have been done in 14 days!
What you are doing is ******* and I am collecting summons from the court. YOU WILL pay back my money WITH the interest accrued.
What a sorry excuse of a property management company! Practises go against the law of this land? Who do you think you are?
