The worst place to ever RENT FROM! they never attend to any maintance issues that you log, they do not take care of their tenants at all their properties are dirty, not cared for you dont get deposits back even though they tell you they will transfer it to another agency, you never get a hold of them, ive never seen them spray outside the unit loged complaints about ****roaches as they are EVERYWHERE and was told they wil come and spray still has not happened, the bricks are out, the worst part is that you monthly expenses becoume more and more without you're knowledge their are no trustees or body coporated in place...Communicattion is the worst becouse their is none from the moemnt you are in unless its becouse their is no payment made, In the Boksburg Sydney park units JUST RATHER BURN your money then moving in here.
