Refusing to pay back deposit

My sister has followed up multiple times about her deposit refund and now Bianca Bester and Machaela Stanley don’t respond to her mails anymore.

She even went to Small claims court, and even after the 14 days prescribed by the court, they have still not paid. No payment, no updates, NOTHING.

DO NOT RENT WITH iGrow.

We have found that most of the reviews are related to your sister and the repayment of her deposit.

As previously mentioned, the company does not hold her deposit, as she initially rented through IHS, to whom the deposit was originally paid.

Please note that the company has been in direct contact with your friend to resolve the matter and has provided her with the necessary information regarding the process and responsible party.
