I bought property from IGROW, was registered and I was told to pay occupational fee of 5000. the unit was for investment which means i am paying the bond. Guess what, my unit was empty for more than 6 months. they then placed a tenant but claimed that i owed 30 000+ for occupational fee. i did not receive a xent for more than 6 months from that rent amount yet the bank expected some bond repayment which i paid from my pocket, plus the levies. i as well paid 400.00 for the registration of my unit at the manucipality so that we can ay the manucipality bill. to date nothing happened.

Beware IGROW will advertise and say NO deposit. in one way or the other you will pay that as occupational fee as they claim. this is what thet did to me.

They advertise that there is rental assist of 40 000. jist be careful, when i was not getting money for rent, i requested that they pay me the rental assist, guess what? they only pay +-700 monthly.
