Poor workmanship, even worse service!! Pimlico Place 2

The window in our main bedroom leaks really badly whenever it rains, we need to constantly mop up our entire bedroom every time it rains if we don't put down towels under the windows. This leak also dredges the curtains. This has been reported to your company since last year but it still has not been fixed. We are now approaching another rainy season and we have a 3 month old baby in the room, I have been making contact with your company to get this fixed but I keep getting told we are waiting for the developer to get back to us. An email sent to the developer when I enquire is really not good enough. We are never late with our rent meaning we uphold our end of the contract but your company doesn't have the decency to uphold theirs. This leak has also caused mould to start growing on the walls which I also reported and was told they are awaiting approval from the landlord to do work on it, that was in November last year. This is extremely terrible service from this company.
