Poor service, lack of communication, neverending hoops to jump through to get your deposit back

Judging from the lack of responses to the rest of the poor reviews, not sure that this will bring resolve to my case, if only it serves as a stark warning to others.

YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK!!!

Staff is unresponsive. During my 3 years being a tennant "serviced" by IGROW, I can not recall a single pleasant experience.
