Poor Service and no sense of Urgent from accounts department

I have had an outstanding levy amount of R1500,00 which i have been querying from August 2025 with no joy from the consultant Zanele. I send through a formal escalations but no feedback from thier side. I need the R1500,00 refunded back to me

Received a call from Zanele and they acknowledged and apologised on delayed response from their side . They will however refund the funds back by tomorrow.I’ve always received a good service from just except this particular one
