Poor rental management service
The sales team is excellent, however the rental team's lack for accountability and response is highly distasteful. I have an open matter with the rental team for a year now. Calls are not returned, emails are not responded to. For the high management fees the service is certainly below any acceptable level. Even escalating the matter yields no movement.
