Poor customer service

Horrible maintenance service. It’s been two months since I’ve moved into my new apartment I sent them all the maintenance issues of the apartment from cracked tiles and heavy rains damaging the walls. They have ignored them all , I am sure they will con me out of my security deposit and blame me for these issues!
