Poor customer service

The Worst customer service Iv ever received from property agents. I would not recommend them to anyone, ones they have made their sale they do not care about their after service. No inspections conducted on the unit, customer complaints are dismissed, very inconsistent with customers and queries are never attended to on time, you literally have to follow them around before your query gets resolved. Some agents are absolutely unprofessional which is sad because I highly doubt that the owners/ landlord knows what is happening behind the senses.

Till this date I’m arguing with them about my occupation date, they igrow insists that my occupation date is on the date which they agent gave me the keys to the unit, but the unit had faults and very minimal maintenance done.

Before occupation the water which you have to register with impact meters took time not to register but the unit had no hot waters coming out. The problem took a while to be resolved, igrow agents instead I move in a unit that had no hot running water and continue to state that when clients receive their keys that’s when the occupation date starts.I literally had to conduct my own inspection as they failed.

It’s appalling because we pay a lot of rent only to get ********** at the end. Be careful of this rental agents/agency.

Good day

Our team looked into this matter and found that you got they keys to the unit in June 2021.  They are aware of the bathroom wall that needed repairs, however, the unit was still in a condition for you to move in in the meantime.
You only opened your account at Impact Metering mid June 2021, also the time IGrow was notified of the water pressure issue.  Gerhard, Rental Agent at IGrow then advised you to escalate your concerns to Impact Metering as they are a third party service provider where IGrow is not involved.

What are you talking about??
Get your facts correct before responding.

I paid 6 moths full rent and deposit on the 5th June, only on the 7th of June Gerhard decided to give me the keys, I app**** for impact Meter on the 10 or 11th of June.

You people need to take full responsibility of the customer service that your unprofessional sales consultants give to customers. Also till this day an inspection has not been conducted, yet the day I move out here there will be stories on how I damaged the property right??
I’m assuming this is a tactic that you guys use not to pay out people full deposit back. Your company is nonsense and you can protect it all you want but I know my truth.

Get your facts together before you respond again and learn to take full accountability of the messed up job and service you provide.

How do you expect Tenants to move in a place where there is not water or your sales agents failed to do an inspection but yet claim that the unit was fit enough to move in? Where you there to see if it was fit enough to move in?

Don’t tell me about Gerhard, that sales agent is the worst he does not know what he is doing.

You talking nonsense.
