Poor communication and bad service

The worst rental company when it comes to communication and resolving issues. It takes FOREVER for them to respond to you. It takes even longer to get (what is left of) your deposit back from them. We have been begging and pleading to close off the contract, 2 months later, still not resolved. Quick on penalties, fines and deductions, but slow in resolving their own errors. I am fed up and disgusted.
