Poor and unprofessional service

I bought property through IGROW WEALTH in CapeTown. The service in the beginning was excellent. I paid off property in May 2022. For the past 2 days I have been calling to speak to the sales consultant I worked with called Jako, left messages both on cell and in office , no call returned. The most annoying experience was today when my phone was dropped whilst talking by someone called Vicky. I'm now doubting whether it was a wise decision to invest in this company
