PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM IGrow Rentals

For the past 15 years, I have consistently rented properties from leading rental agencies in South Africa without ever encountering issues surrounding my deposit. I have always taken care of my rented spaces, maintaining them in excellent condition. However, my experience with IGROW Rental has been extremely disappointing.

They are currently refusing to return my security deposit and have provided me with a list of alleged damages that do not exist. I believe this is unfair treatment and contrary to my experiences with previous landlords.

I am hoping that the Rental Tribunal of South Africa will take this matter seriously and review the complaints from others who have encountered similar issues with IGROW Rental as I believe they have not acted in good faith.
