Pathetic After-Sales service!

Only the rental department is on the ball. Nothing about this investment that was for my pension has come to fruition. On the contrary, it's been so bad that I may need to extend my actual home loan of the house I live in to pay the shortfalls, or sell at a loss and take a loan to pay for it! And all this while NO calls from the sales team are returned!
