Non payment of rental deposit after moving out
I have never been so frustrated with a rental agency before. Their communication was amazing when it came to what is expected from me upon exiting the unit I was renting & now I am the one running after them for the past 3 weeks just to get feedback about what they found on the exit inspection which to my knowledge wasn't much if anything & to find out when I will get my deposit back. With the first call Melanie couldn't even pick up that I moved out or who my rental agent was, I was promised numerous calls and I have received zero calls to date. I followed up again 2 days later & she still didn't know who my agent was or that I moved out. Eventually I. Contacted my rental agent who then referred me to Melanie. Melanie took a good 2 weeks since the inspection to see that I have moved out and now I'm being referred to Crystal who is also not responding to any follow up mails. I mean really? I thought it was frustrating to get stuff fixed while living there but this is another level! If it wasn't that then you're charged for ate payments when the 1st falls on a public holiday but your rent is paid by debit order. How is the public holiday my fault or your system when it comes to debit orders and yet now I need to be understanding with no further charges to you when I don't receive my deposit back. The other sketchy part was where the person who did the exit inspection returned to the unit without me after the key handover?
PAY BACK MY DEPOSIT! I'm no longer interested in knowing your process, I want my deposit back!
