Noah’s village estate, go at your own risk

If you are working from home this is the last place you want to live in, I lost my Job because this place does not have electricity half the month, and I mean every month if you think I am exegerating, ask anyone that lives there, if it’s not water it’s electricity, secondly my lease ended and I moved out after living there for 6 months and they quoted me R3025 for painting three walls that were painted less than a month by them because the place was mouldy, now what tops the cherry is that out of all that they want to refund me R500, no explanations, they just said that’s what’s due to me, what a service from Noah’s village, I would never recommend this place to anyone, it was more a stress for me than it was a home.
