No parking at Burgoyne Heights Richwood
We have no parking at Burgoyne Heights in Richwood due to further development happening. There has been no plans to assist the residents with parking during the building of this phase 3. Every morning I have to go downstairs to see if anyone is blocking my garage and for the past few days I have to message in a tenants/owners whatsapp group, hoping that the owner of the vehicle will come down in time so I can leave for work. This has become a massive inconvenience for me and the rest of the tenants/owners in this complex. Seems like we are just objects to you. Where's your sense of common courtesy? I'm very unhappy and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Do not ask me to remove this review like I was asked to remove my previous review about another matter. This was not supposed to even happen until the new year I believe.

We will however try and assist where we can to relay the messages to the tenants and ask the managing agent to patrol the site more regularly and issue fines where necessary.
