No deposit refund

If there was an option for a no star rating, I’d rate Igrow that!!

My friend’s been waiting endlessly for her rental deposit refund from iGrow.

Machaela Stanley and Bianca Bester keep ignoring her follow-up mails and calls and no arrangements have been made to pay back what’s owed.

Really poor service.

We have found that most of the reviews are related to your friend and the repayment of her deposit.

As previously mentioned, the company does not hold her deposit, as she initially rented through IHS, to whom the deposit was originally paid.

Please note that the company has been in direct contact with your friend to resolve the matter and has provided her with the necessary information regarding the process and responsible party.
