My experience with Igrow Rentals was nothing short of a nightmare. From the start, they refused to address any maintenance requests, unlike previous agencies that promptly fixed issues. This neglect made my living situation unbearable.

When I moved out, Igrow Rentals took over a week to perform the inspection, resulting in a completely unnecessary seven-week delay in returning my deposit. Their utter lack of communication and professionalism meant everything was handled at a snail’s pace.

The final insult was the inflated charges they levied when returning my deposit, including a bogus fee for carpet cleaning that I had already taken care of before moving out. Their deliberate delays in responding to my concerns left me too drained to fight the charges, which seems to be exactly what they wanted.

Igrow Rentals is unprofessional and *************. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere—you’ll save yourself a lot of frustration and stress.
