NEVER RENT OR BUY THROUGH IGROW RENTALS/INVESTMENT THE WORST EVER

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with iGrow from the moment I moved in. Their maintenance service is appalling. My stove was not working for three months after moving in, and they did nothing to address it despite multiple reports. Communication with tenants is virtually non-existent. I also reported a faulty main lounge door, and their maintenance team outright told me there was nothing they could do about it.

The real nightmare began when I moved out. Their contract states that the deposit will be refunded within 14 days after the inspection. However, no one contacted me for over 20 days. I had to follow up myself to receive any response, which came from an *********** representative named Faith.

Despite the exit inspection going smoothly, the final invoice they sent me was filled with unreasonable and exploitative charges. I disputed these charges, particularly those related to the lounge door, which I had reported during my tenancy. I even showed them messages from their maintenance team stating that nothing could be done about it. However, after a month, Faith came back with a revised invoice that still included ridiculous charges with vague descriptions.

They made claims about damages that were non-existent or surprising, leading to amounts that made no sense. I was advised to get an independent quote, and the company I consulted confirmed that iGrow's invoice lacked enough detail to justify the charges. It became clear they were simply trying to exploit me. When I communicated this to Faith, she dismissed my concerns, saying, "It is what it is."

It has now been over two months since I moved out, and I had to escalate the issue by copying their CEO, Jacque, just to get any kind of response.

In the end, iGrow unfairly deducted my deposit, including baseless charges for cleaning, painting, and excessive labor costs. This entire experience feels like blatant exploitation of tenants. Their practices are unprofessional, unfair, and have left me with a very bitter taste. I strongly caution others against renting through iGrow.
