02 Mar 2020, 08:39Monique Neethling, (sales) was my first contact person. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Was willing to put up with nitty gritty questions. Openly offered to help me irregardless of the day of the week... Assisted me in taking my first steps until I made the holding deposit. She then assisted me in getting the money refunded as well!!! A gem of an agent, I would consider her to be irreplaceable!!!
