Misrepresentation of facilities

IGROW Durbanville is mispresenting their Unit at Glenhaven - it is unsafe - see below what is promised - They advertise Units at The Glen estate as stated below - however the Unit is not as advertised. See my notes: Electrified fencing – Not installed Biometric access controlled – Not installed On-site security guards – Allow anybody and everybody to enter night and day Apartment Features: Built-in cupboards in bedrooms and kitchen – Basin leaking into cupboard below Granite kitchen counter tops Washing machine/dishwasher point in kitchen – Cant use as the outlet and connection point is in incorrect position Tiled throughout for easy maintenance Clever site design with natural lighting Security gates to front doors and ground floor sliding doors Burglar bars to all opening windows – Not installed Pre-paid water and electricity meters Modern sanitary finishes – Water connections are done incorrectly certain taps only have warm water I addressed it with the Agent and they are merely ignoring me - my daughter had to move out as it was not safe as promised - now they are refusing to repay my monies.
