Milestone view- Joubert park Cape Town badly managed

My experience here has been nothing short of shocking, I don’t think they even care at this point. I live at milestone view in Cape Town and since I moved in here not one maintenance issue that I have raised has been attended too. When moving in it was duly noted in the inspection that 1. Walls need to be repainted ( the walls looks like they were cleaned with jik and are discoloured). 2. They are generally dirty. 3. Leaks in the apartment were not fixed resulting in damage to the cupboard under the sink which eventually self resolved. I don’t whether they are acting on the instructions of the so called landlords but they also don’t respond to anything unless you send 20 emails, also the water issue is perplexing to say the least. I live alone and am barely here but I spend a R1000 per month on water with no indication on the invoice of the usage seems to be made up.
