May be good for investment leads, but don't let them not find you a tenant

I am an iGrow client and recently engaged iGrow Rentals to find a tenant for one of my properties. After 2 months, I got frustrated and posted an ad on GumTree and got 2 responses in the first 2 days of posting the ad.

I passed the leads on to iGrow Rentals as the property is in Cape Town and I reside in Johannesburg. They took the first prospective tenant to view the property, but when I passed on the 2nd lead, they informed me that they would only be able to take the prospective tenant through for a viewing in 8 days time citing the following reason: -

"Due to our offices being situated in Durbanville I can only drive through to Muizenberg when I have quite a few people coming to view in order to make it worth it."

I really expected better service from them because I am an iGrow Wealth Investments client but this is not the first bad experience I have had with the rental division. So this complaint is to warn other clients of theirs to rather use a proper, reputable rental agent to manage their investment properties.

I do not require a response from them as I have already withdrawn my mandate and engaged another agent to assist me.
