Low standards, no service

Do your home work well, before you want to rent a unit from this company. I do not even know where to start with how bad these unis are build. Like... tiles not level under toilet, it wobbles... can't tighten the *****s because unlevel... As soon as one put weight on..pulls the plug out...Flush the toilet... Air gasping from basin🤢... The shower constantly smell, as if you have a sewage farm up and running🤮 use a whole tin Jayes fluid, bit by bit, just to be able to take a darn shower... basin leaked... Sink leaked... Had to fiddle with the zink pipes, loosen on one end, and thighter on other pipes.. All under stress... pipes cut to long...door locks breaking... Towl rails just falls one one was even at home.. Hilarous.. . A block of flats and only 4 wasing lines.. Roof leakead.. . Took them 3 weeks to come out.... While I had to make a bed in die miniture living room.... Urgh it is just an all round bag af **** man. Leaking roof causes light and wall plug to go off. But none tripping in DB...hmm opens up another story on itself . ... Then Taking tenants depost money to fix all there ****... Maintenance person is just non existant. ..never take calls, or responce to any mails. A cleaner thrusdays. That clean with stuff that smells like your shower sewage plant... So glad Imoved out, take the deposit.. Will never do any busoness with Igrow.
