Lombardy Meander The Pits!
Lombardy Meander In Pretoria East is thee Worst complex you can ever decide to live in. No peace of mind whatsoever! It’s the Pits! Poorly managed by Igrow, Impact Meter *********** tenants through water bills that do not make sense, paying R4000 for water for a 1 bedroom apartment; living alone! Security are literally ****s, several break inns one leading to someone being stabbed close to his heart and nothing being done about it! Igrow never want to meet tenants for solutions it’s a nightmare! The anxiety of living alone as a woman, you never know if today is your turn for ****s to break into your unit! The complex is even dirty.

Yes we do assist with rental management and yes we did do sales within the development, but the owners have voted in their own security company and managing agent. We are however trying our best to see where we can try and relay messages to the correct people, but unfortunately we are not the decision makers. RE: SECURITY BREACH INCIDENT ON 18 DECEMBER 2021
We act on behalf of the Trustees of Lombardy Meander Body Corporate.
We hereby inform you that there was a break in at three of the units on the 18th of December 2021. Please take note that we are working with EBS Security and Centavia to manage the situation.
UPDATE:
• Centavia confirmed that the grass that was growing by the clear view fence was cut over the weekend of 18 December 2021.
• Centavia also installed 3 x 300-watt LED lights on the clear view fence that will enhance the visibility and they have also cut down 3 trees.
• We will communicate with the developer to move the clear view fence closer to the units.
• We have informed EBS that they must patrol all along the fence.
• We have already liaised with EBS and two more guards were deployed.
• Three more quotes were also obtained from other security companies and the Trustees will discuss same with management as soon as possible.
• A contactor was appointed to install flood lights.
• Three quotes were obtained for the replacement of the water meters. The Trustees will discuss same with management as soon as possible.
Please take note that Centavia may be contacted over the Festive Season between 24 December and 3 January 2021 for any maintenance queries: ***
We are awaiting an incident report from EBS whereafter same will be discussed with the Trustees and comprehensive feedback will be provided.
