Living With iGrow Rentals Feels Like Slowly Dying in a Mold-Infested Hellhole

had a very disappointing experience with iGrow Rentals. From the moment I moved in, the apartment was in terrible condition. During the initial walkthrough, I noticed black mold and a strong, unpleasant smell. They did address it before I officially moved in, and for a short time, everything seemed okay.

Unfortunately, it didn’t last long. Soon after moving in, water started seeping through the kitchen wall, which quickly led to mold spreading again. A leak in the kitchen ceiling also developed, making the apartment increasingly unlivable.

Despite multiple reports and follow-ups, the response from iGrow Rentals was minimal and ineffective. At one point, they even imp**** that the mold issue was somehow my responsibility, which was extremely frustrating and absurd.

Eventually, I had no choice but to move out because the apartment had become unsafe to live in. On top of that, getting my deposit back has been a huge struggle. I was told the refund was being processed, but there has been no real progress, and trying to contact their office has been pointless — calls go unanswered, and emails are ignored.

If you want to avoid unsafe living conditions, unresponsive management, and ongoing headaches, I would strongly advise staying away from iGrow Rentals. They seem only concerned with collecting rent, not with addressing serious issues in their properties.
