Lack of payment( deposit refund)

Guys please be careful with igrow agents they are very *********** and they fail to do their jobs!!

I was staying in Lombardy meander and moved out on November 2021. I was suppose to get my deposit back after 7-14 working days but guess what? Im still waiting for my payout till date.

Iv been sending Nicole emails asking when She will make the payment but it’s so clear that she is ignoring me. Iv tried to call her several times but the reception lady keeps telling me that Nicole is busy with other things or she’s busy on the line.

Iv lose my patience and it’s so clear that this company is a **** and doesn’t want to pay people deposit back!!!

My stay at Lombardy Meander has been unpleasant and I do not recommend it at all!! Guys please be careful you won’t get your deposit back or you will have to fight to get it back.
