Investors Beware!

Dealing with I-Grow as an investor has been an absolutely ********** experience. Investors beware, beyond the fancy marketing material is what i can only term as ********* business practices, general lack of response even when you escalate to senior management, complete lack of communication and also the shortfalls are much worse then what they show you. Firstly the agreement states they will only transfer it into your name once there is a tenant in place. When they did the transfer they did not inform me that firstly the tenant was in arrears, secondly they did not bill the tenant for levy recovery for 4 months since i took over. Hence my shortfall was much higher. Many emails, calls, and meetings later, I got this resolved and they managed to resolve the tenant issue around 6-7 months later. Then I started querying why my shortfall is double to what the projections were, as seemingly the rates deduction (which they are still busy registering 9 months later) is more then double to what the rates should be. The levies are also significantly higher than what they promised. Again many emails, follow ups, and even escalation to Debbie and Bernard, the COO and CCO, no feedback, no response to emails, no calls, nothing. Try and call their offices and you wait and wait no one answers. My recommendation to every investor is to be very weary and rather stay away. I have been dealing with other agents for other properties and never had experienced issues like this. There is better ways to invest your money (and more importantly time) then this.
