Investment gone wrong

Worst place to invest . I’m so lucky I rented before I purchased a apartment at Clearwater village , they absolutely don’t care about the tenants or the safety … people getting g****d or ****** or unsliced on the property they don’t care. Safety is one of the issues , I have a burst geyser for 5months now and still no one came to see it , how will people pay to the investors if there is no people in the complex to pay rent anymore. Sort the investment out….
