Infringement of Laws and ********* Business Practices

This is probably the worst rental agency there is. Lombardy Meander may not have loadshedding, but the lack of service from IGrow Rentals is appalling. From inordinately high water bills to non-compliance with the rules of the complex and national laws, it is evident that IGrow is not prepared to deal with the grievances raised by their customers. The body corporate is no better. They are so ********* and blatantly contemptuous in the conduct of their business that they will not take the time to respond to the issues raised by tenants directly to them and through public reviews. Rules are not enforced strictly because all they care about is collecting the rental. The inflated water bills clearly also benefit them. This leaves a vast majority of tenants in precarious circumstances. Many tenants have attempted to resolve these issues with the Community Schemes Ombud Service, but even that has not yielded results because IGrow remains defiant. However, victory always takes time.

Take heed of these warnings, particularly where Lombardy Meander is concerned. You will save yourself a great deal of stress and financial strain. It is absurd for a water bill to be almost as high as rent.

It does not come as a surprise that IGrow Rentals has not claimed their business on Hellopeter. They are cognisant of the fact that their customers are disgruntled. So, it is easier to sweep these issues under the rug.
