Selcourt Estate in Springs. When I move in June, I reported windows not closing properly, doors as well, shower head broken, bulbs not replaced, stains coming from touch up paint on the walls. Well I was told to replace these myself. As for Windows it's good for ventilation. They said if they send handyman I will have to pay from my pocket. How pathetic is that?

Thursday 8 Nov 2022. Only my house did not have electricity. I reported, nothing was done, no handyman sent until Monday 12 Dec I looked for electrician to come assist cos I was in the dark, cold unable to bath or cook, mind you I informed them that I have a newborn baby, but they didn't treat this as an urgent matter.

The same Monday, they called, I told them I looked for electrician. Guess what? They sent an email claiming that they have sorted my problem. The same people who didn't care to follow up or update me if the progress from their side, now they say they fixed my problem. I am so ****ed. I will never recommend anyone else to use their service. I can't wait to move out of this hell of a place.i hate dealing with people who treat tenants like *******. They have bad attitude.
