iGrow's extreme incompetence
I recently app**** to rent property from iGrow. I sent all the necessary documents to various agents nearly two weeks ago. I got no response. So I decided to start phoning in. I spoke to Heinrich who said I should re-send the documents. I've sent the documents to various agents over 5 times.
I know November and December are quite busy periods. However, I just want to know if my application has been declined or successful so I can make other plans. I just feel like I'm being given the runaround. Either that or the agents at iGrow are highly ***********.
