Extremely Disappointing Experience with iGrow Investments

I’m currently in the process of moving and I’ve had a very frustrating experience with iGrow Investments. From the very beginning, I have been forced to adjust my schedule to match theirs. I am moving in today, but they still haven't given me the keys, and it’s been an absolute hassle, I was told that they lost my unit's keys, and is "searching" for it.

What’s worse is that they constantly take forever to get back to you. I have to chase them down just to get any information, and it’s incredibly unprofessional. Communication is practically non-existent, and they don’t seem to care about meeting the agreed-upon timelines.

I would not recommend iGrow Investments to anyone looking for a reliable, efficient service. Their lack of urgency and poor communication has made this moving experience extremely stressful.
