IGrow sneaky policy.

Don't like the way this company operates.

I get the whole concept of pre-approvals, to save from time wasters etc. But this company itself is a time waster. If your going to have a showing ANYWAYS, allow a group of people to see the space together. That way it introduces haste/fomo from other potential renters. And if there are time wasters atleast you'd have some serious people while your already there.

The pictures for properties are so poor/few that one can't tell if it's even worth renting without seeing it in person (maybe even on purpose). Most of the time they advertise a show piece that won't even be the property for rent. So now I have to go through the waste of time getting pre-approval just to find out within seconds "MY" time was wasted doing all of that for a poor rental or not the actual advertised space.

During a pre-approval question, when mentioned working from home, we were called a *****, because igrow apparently knows, sad "company" doesn't allow that. Seriously, what?

The reason its frustrating to deal with this company, Pre approvals policy, was we had just been approved by them, and had to go through the whole thing AGAIN.
