Igrow rentals are a ****

Igrow is a pure ****. I recently got an email from them terminating my contract with them due to late payment. Fine i accepted defeat however now that i have moved out they are now telling me that bulbs, curtain hooks and walls needs to be painted. I only stayed in that place for 6months and now they telling me that all of those things will cost me 5.6k to fix, reality is clearly the quality of bulbs they are using is a low quality because i am a person who is mostly not home but only at home mostly on weekends. What is worse is they prolong the process of refunding you back, my neigbour stayed 2 months at the place and they told her the same thing that the place needs to be painted and they never even painted but they deducted close to 4.8k from her deposit. They are ****s that are trying by all means not to give tenants back their deposit. I am to this date still fighting to get my deposit and also my advance rent but they prolong the process and on the contract ot said 7 to 14days. If you are about to rent or buy through Igrow Welath i would advice you not to do so. You will regret renting out their units. The portions that they are saying should be painted are sports that can easily be wiped off with a wet cloth but they saying they want to paint the entire room etc. i have declined their quotes and now they have went silent and not responding to my emails. What is worse is one doesnt even know where their offices are at.
