iGrow Rental are *******
This is an ********* organisation run by ******. After they were in breach of contract after not attending to a severe mould problem in the bedrooms and bathrooms which posed a significant health risk for over a year, my deposit of R10 117 was witheld to cover one month's rent penalty and over R4.5K in damages that were never explained to me. They now say I still owe them a further R821.44! Contract with these ******* at your own risk.

This matter have been investigated and we found the following:
Your lease agreement only expires June 2022.
Due to your early cancellation and the cancellation policy, as set out in your contract, you were penalized for the month of February 2022 because no tenant was found to occupy the unit when you moved out.
An amount for maintenance repairs was also deducted.
Should you have any questions regarding your deposit, you can contact the Portfolio Administrator to request your statement.
